Organized and hosted by the Finnish National Youth Council and Youth Sector (FYCS), the project aspires to transform into a long-lasting tradition aimed at making the Nordic-Baltic region the best place for children and young people. The first-ever Nordic Baltic Youth Summit was organized in Vilnius, Lithuania in fall 2024.
The Nordic Baltic Youth Summit 2025 welcomed young people aged 18 to 30 from Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden, Greenland, Åland, and the Faroe Islands, with an attendance of 200 participants. The primary objective of the project was to enhance collaboration among young people in the region while seeking answers to the timely challenges related to the green transition, youth employment – or both.
The Summit 2025 was located at Hanaholmen that is located on its own peninsula just outside Helsinki. As a Finnish-Swedish culture center, Hanaholmen was the perfect location to bring together youth from all Nordics and Baltics.
The Nordic-Baltic youth are claimed the spotlight on November 28-29th, 2025.
For young people aged 18 to 30 from all countries in the Nordic Baltic region.
